M&E tendering
The estimating service is tailored to your requirements and presented as a fully detailed Excel cost build up, with a comprehensive tender letter in your own livery.
It includes a comprehensive review of the estimate to establish labour rates, preliminaries costs and profit margins, with advice on any value engineering opportunities.

Design and build schemes are designed in-house to give a scheme to price against. Where a full design service is needed, R Walters Ltd team up with Nexus Allied (www.nexusallied.co.uk) for design to a Chartered Engineer standard.
